Job Description
- Handle customers' insurance enquiries, provide advise and quotations to customers on the insurance coverage required.
- Negotiate with insurance company for the best rates and terms.
- Place the coverage with the insurers and process all necessary documentation.
- Follow up with existing customers policy renewal.
- Ensure proper documentation for policies and correspondence
- Assist customers on their policy related query and claims
- Provide good service to customer and maintain the relationship
- Develop existing business with existing customers or new customers
- Work closely with Sales and Business development team
- Prepare monthly Management Reports
- To handle LTA registration matters
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in any discipline
Proficiency in excel
Experience dealing with LTA registrations matters
Candidate with CGI certificate will be at an advantage
At least three years of experience in the insurance industry or those without relevant experience but open for training welcomed to apply
Possess good knowledge of motor insurance & other general insurance products for personal and corporate lines will be at an advantage.
Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Experience in handling customers enquiry
