Personal Assistant

Jobstation Services Pte. Ltd.

Working Hours: 5 days 9am - 5pm

Location: OUE Tower


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for planning and arranging work schedules, including coordinating travel and business trips.
  2. Organize and send approval documents, and track execution status to monitor progress.
  3. Responsible for arranging meetings, sending out notifications, preparing meeting minutes, and tracking resolution items.
  4. Responsible for general document processing tasks.
  5. Execute and coordinate office administrative activities, plan, integrate, and communicate administrative processes.
  6. Assist in disseminating important information about the company or meetings to colleagues.
  7. Coordinate the scheduling of meetings for various departments in the company, and prepare meeting minutes and track them after the meeting.


Job Requirements:

  1. Have relevant PA experience
  2. Able to speak bilingual English and Mandarin to coordinate with Chinese speaking associates
  3. Min Diploma/Degree in any fields
