Aquila Ascension Academy is seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a driven individual who is passionate about marketing, creative content, and supporting the execution of successful marketing campaigns. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
- Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to provide insights for marketing strategies.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, track marketing KPIs, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including maintaining marketing calendars, coordinating meetings, and managing invoices.
- Social Media Management: Help manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and growing online communities.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or internship, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
