- Supervision of works at site in accordance with the design and drawings.
- Preparation and Maintenance Of daily report/record
- Check and conduct inspections on works performed by sub contractors.
- Check all construction drawings/ sketches and discrepancy to the PM
- Handle all problems arising from the project
- Preparation of progress report for the consultants
- Work in conjunction with PM and Safety Supervisor to keep the site safe and tidy
- Co ordinate the handing over of completed works to the consultants and completion of the necessary rectification works.
- Submission of as built drawings and documents at the end of the project.
- Attend meetings, liaise with consultants, clients, etc
