You will be tasked to manage all operational activities for the Singapore business, ensuring effective underwriting and compliance support.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely underwriting services like policy issuance and premium booking.
- Oversee office operations, service provider setup, and expenses.
- Prepare data for regulatory reporting and maintain reporting deadlines.
- Support IT setup for tools and assist in business continuity planning.
- Facilitate regulatory process changes and promote continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience in operational roles within insurance.
- Knowledge of underwriting, claims, and finance processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
