Contract Duration: 1 year
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues.
- Implement system upgrades and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure maintenance.
- Strong communication, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience (6+ years) in maintaining and troubleshooting data networks (LAN/WAN) or large enterprise networks, ensuring security and resiliency.
- Expertise in: - Next-Gen and application-aware firewalls
- Network Routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and Switching technologies
- Telecommunications infrastructure and equipment
- Load balancers, DNS, and Proxy services
- Ability to respond promptly to emergencies and perform system upgrades after hours/weekends if necessary.
- Relevant certifications: CCIE, CCNP, CCNA
