- Responsible for pre-sale technical support for company products (mainly connectivity modules) to expand business and support local sales/products engineers for design wins
- Enhance technical troubleshooting installation schemes and provide in-field product training and engineering services
- Conceptualise and provide feasible option to customers and internal stakeholders, particularly in IoT/wireless domain
- Lead technical integration and topics to enhance product promotion and create joint solutions
- Create, test and verify new application use cases with products for regional market segments
- Provide technical support to new business creation projects
Job Requirements
- Degree in engineering field
- Programming skills of C on Linux or on embedded OS
- Software debugging skills on embedded platforms
- Algorithm development experience of analogue sensors or sensors with digital output.
- Wireless or Sensor Devices evaluation experience with testing equipment.
- Ability to make quick prototypes/POC using available Evaluation/Development kits or using Arduino/Raspberry Pi.
