We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business intelligence and data visualization, with a strong focus on converting SSRS reports to Power BI. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that transform data into actionable insights.

- Develop and Maintain BI Solutions: Design, build, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- SSRS to Power BI Conversion: Lead the migration of existing SSRS reports to Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Data Modeling: Create and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Data Integration: Integrate Power BI reports with other applications and data sources.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities.
- Documentation: Document processes, methodologies, and best practices for Power BI development and SSRS conversion.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
- SSRS Expertise: Proven experience in converting SSRS reports to Power BI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in DAX, SQL, and data modeling. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
