· Keeping abreast of latest trends and developments related to L&D
· Facilitating external training programs and application of grants
· Employee engagement campaigns projects
· Market report and analysis
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· 2 year of experience in a similar capacity
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
