Responsibilities
• Oversee the end-to-end process of the domestic helper placement process, such as selection, arranging for interviews, preparing documents, and client support.
• Meet monthly sales target
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements from the Ministry of Manpower
• Manage client enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage issues raised by clients
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maid agency
• Has to be CEI certified.
• Understanding and Knowledge of front to end processing
• Familiarity with MOM regulations and industry practices
• Able to work independently
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and organised
