RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for School of Computing and Information Systems (SCIS).
• The role of the invigilator is to administer the examination and ensure that students abide by the rules and regulations set out for the examinations. The invigilator is required to:
  • Attend examination briefing and handle exam setup prior to the examination period;
  • Mark attendance of students taking examinations;
  • Ensure students adhere to examination rules and the examination is in accordance with examination policy;
  • Record of any examination irregularities;
  • Distribute of examination scripts before the examination, collect and collate examination scripts for a proper handover to instructors after the examination;
  • Adhere to invigilate any examination session whenever the SCIS MITB Office has assigned.

• Minimum O / A Levels, Diploma.
• Salary based on per invigilated examination.
• Must be available on 4 Nov 2024 (PM) for briefing and commit to work from 11 Nov 2024 to 16 Nov 2024.

Candidates who do not possess the stipulated qualifications but have relevant work experience may still apply. Remuneration and appointment terms shall commensurate with qualifications and experience. SMU reserves the right to modify the appointment terms where necessary.
