The Role
The main purpose of the Campus Recruitment Coordinator is to support and work closely with the Campus Recruiters to provide efficient and flexible recruitment support.
What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?
- Arrange and coordinate Assessment Centers
- Support the selection and offer process for all campus programmes
- Manage the onboarding process for all hires
- Manage and track adherence to recruitment risk and control requirements
- Administration - Support Campus Recruiters in admin related tasks
- Programmes - Coordination by providing support in admin, logistics and performance review.
- Add value - Create awareness and understanding of campus events, recruitment skills, trends and graduate market knowledge with business.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in a coordinator / administrator role (ideally a Bank)
- Prior campus recruitment support experience for at least 3 years
- Problem solver, proactive, organized, client service mindset and resourceful
- Strong team player
- Client focused with outstanding judgment and strong attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and has the ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven MS-Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate confidently (both verbal and written) in English and Chinese ( Since you will be hiring grads from local Universities in APAC, there will be a need to read resumes in chinese and communicate with students in chinese too)
You’ll work collaboratively, build, and maintain strong working relationships between Candidates, Recruiters, and key stakeholders, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes and will managing all candidate interview requests ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.
Must haves
- Excellent communication, planning and organizing skills
- Demonstrable experience in projects and programme support
- Ability to work within high volume.
- Ability to pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Interview scheduling and solid recruitment coordination skills
