Roles & Responsibilities:
Good understanding of bakery shop operations. experience in cafe & bakery is a plus
Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
Create processes to get work done efficiently
Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
Process payments by totalling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally
Requirement:
Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working hours:
6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
1 weekday off
