- At least 10 - 12 years of experience in IT
- 8 - 10 years on Microsoft technologies, out of which at least 6 -8 years on Dynamics CRM, SharePoint. Dot net (including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud, which is a must)
- Must have demonstrable architecture & design experience in the role of Technical Architect in at least 2 - 3 large, end-to-end large MSCRM implementations, that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales / Service / Marketing / Field Service) multiple integrations and multi-geo rollouts
- Must have thorough knowledge and experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service
- Must be thorough and hands-on MSCRM 2013, MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Versions, including CRM SDK, plug-ins, Javascript, Azure functions, Web API services, Azure Service Bus (for integrations)
- Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query and HTML 5
- Experience in MSCRM installation and set-up and multi-site deployment
- Modern workloads:
- Power platform: specially Power Automate and Power BI, experience in Power Apps in preferred
- Experience in AWS is high preferable
- Experience in working in an Agile DevOps and SAFe methodology is a must
- Good team handling and customer facing skills
