Job Description:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company

Job Requirements:

  • Outstanding and proven guest relations abilities
  • Able to manage difficult situations in the moment and when they arise
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
  • Able to build long term relationships with staff and guests and build up a loyal client base
