Description:
- Assist in level 1 data centre operation
- Assist in level 1 network operation services
- Perform daily health checks on devices (backend)
- Monitor and report network availability through a network monitoring tool
- Monitor the backup status of all systems
- Maintain assets documentation and track the movement of assets
- Update and maintain Data Center Diagram
- Perform basic cabling-related troubleshooting
- Participate in the disaster recovery testing exercise
- Perform scheduled preventive maintence activities
- Provide technical support with needed
Requirement:
- At least 1 year experience in this field
- Minimum Diploma or related discipline
- Self-motivated and delivery focused
