1. Reviewing the overall operational performance, and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend solutions, leading to new service protocols.
2. Ensure the establishment is aware of and adheres to local regulations.
3. Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and make recommendation to improve current procedures.
4. Assess the staff's current skill levels and performance, and develop, implement training programs, and give demonstration to the staff, to increase customer satisfaction.
5. Evaluate suppliers, contracts, and inventory management systems and recommend alternative vendors or introduce food and beverage industry software to improve their efficiency.
6. Review the establishment's current marketing, branding efforts, and suggest marketing campaigns or branding initiatives to increase customer footfall and results.
7.Examine the establishment's financial statements, revenue streams, and cost structures to provide useful suggestions.
