Job Description:
- Sourcing, negotiation and purchasing activities.
- Assess local and overseas supplier’s products to ensure that they comply with specifications and meet the required quality standards of the company
- Follow-up on status of purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery; and communicate status of orders with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and develop good vendor relationships.
- Ensure procured products are received accurately and in a good condition; and to feedback to suppliers should there be quality issues.
- Monitor the inventory aging and maintain healthy stock level.
- Timely issuing Purchase Order.
- Responsible for procurement related documentation.
- Perform custom permit declarations.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
