Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical interfaces between separate groups of assigned projects
- Responsible for the control and coordination in assigned projects
- Responsible for the review and evaluation of drawings and/or documents submitted by consultants, contractors and vendors related to works
- Familiar with Government related submission; NEA and ISO standards
- Ensure the Yard Infrastructures work comply with relevant authority regulation and code of practices
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend for improvement works or enhancement to plan for Upgrading work
- Supervise and ensure contractor follow safe operating procedure, work Instruction and risk assessment
- Prepare budget cost for yard development project & upgrading works
- Keep track of project cost expediture
- Any other duties as assigned by superior(s) from time to time
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 years working experience or Diploma holders with 3 years of relevant working experience
- Working experience related to Marine and Offshore industry is an advantage
- Experience in the management and supervision of related field of projects
- Familiar with BCA and Singapore Standard code of practice
- Knowledge in Basic budgeting skills, and financial analysis skills
- Computer skills in MS Windows environment including Word, Excel, Power Point
- AutoCAD drafting skill is an advantage
