Description:
- Provide level 1 support (Counter/Email/Call/Ticketing System)
- Managing and monitoring of work announcement
- Managing asset management system
- Creating and updating of documentations
- Provide on-site IT/AV support when required
- Provide weekly updates and monthly reporting
- Manage and teach IT team
Requirement:
- At least 1 year relevant experience
- Minimum Diploma or related discipline
- Self-motivated and delivery focused
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
