· 5 Days (Mon to Thur: 6.45am to 4.00pm; Fri: 6.45am to 3.30pm)
Lunch Break: 45 minutes

· S$2,000 per month
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level is peferred
- At least 2 years experience in the related field is preferred
- Good communication skills and able to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Job Description
· Provide admin support such as handling incoming/outgoing mails, faxing, receipt of goods, etc
· Manage the store inventory and perform data entry
· Use Microsoft programme to prepare letters, powerpoint slides and excel documents
· Handle counter service and manage telephone enquiries [For Eg. Attend to calls at the general office and relay messages to the relevant personnel]
· Handle basic cleaning at the general office
· Arrange for refreshment during meetings at the general office
· Able to multitask
· Carry out other duties as assigned
