Job Description
- Investigate and review marine claims and insurance policies.
- Draft reports on policy liabilities with recommendations.
- Maintain and bulid strong relationship with clients.
- Manage claims recoveries with third parties.
- Prepare and process policy documents, applications, and all related paperwork.
- Any ad-hoc adminstrative duties
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cargo claims will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office management software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation
