Responsibilities:
· The Resident Technical Officer represents clients on the construction site.
· To regularly supervise structural, architectural, and mechanical & electrical installation works.
· Must be able to read and interpret drawings and details of projects.
· Ensure that construction projects follow contracts and regulations.
· Inspect materials and workmanship.
· Perform tests to check the quality of materials.
· Prepare progress reports for their clients.
Requirements:
• Diploma with specialization in a relevant technical field.
• Civil Engineering N.E.C. (Including Construction Engineering, Construction Technology and Materials)
• At least 1-2 years of working experience as an RTO
• Able start immedialtly for 3- 6 months duration
