Job Descriptions:
1. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients or partners through networking, industry events, and cold outreach.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to generate new business opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing business and repeat sales.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and negotiations to ensure client satisfaction.
4. Strategic Planning & Business Expansion
- Develop strategic business plans to achieve company goals, including market expansion, product/service diversification, or entry into new regions.
- Collaborate with senior management to create actionable growth strategies.
5. Partnerships & Alliances
- Identify and establish partnerships or alliances that will benefit the business.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with company objectives.
6. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to close deals and maintain a steady revenue flow.
7. Proposal Development & Presentations
- Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients or stakeholders.
- Customize proposals to meet the specific needs of the client or project.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, product development, finance, and other departments to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client needs, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
9. Contract Negotiation & Deal Closing
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other terms with clients and partners.
- Ensure that all deals are in line with company policies and legal guidelines.
10. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and track performance metrics, such as sales revenue, market penetration, and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
11. Brand Representation
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness.
- Act as an ambassador for the business in interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
12. Budget Management
- Manage budgets for business development initiatives and ensure effective use of resources.
- Ensure cost-effective strategies are in place for lead generation, marketing, and other business development activities.
Requirements:
• Proven working experience at least 3 years as a Business Development Manager in relevant field.
