Responsibilities:
Your primary role will be to support our project teams in all projects’ document control activities in accordance with established procedures, including but not limited to:
- Prepare transmittal sheet and correspondence
- Update and maintain document master list
- File and maintain documents transmissions to respective project folders
- Track and file clients’ inputs and returned comments
- Communicate and liaise with all related stakeholders
You will also be required to support the Project and Engineering team’s administrative matters such as:
- Assist in managing the department's inventory
- Assist to handle incoming calls and delivery or visitors
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
- Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Working experience relating to Document Controller will be advantageous
