SCOPE OVERVIEW
- Support Advisory channels for their agent code maintenance, sales reporting, incentives tracking and compensation.
- Support Banca, FA channel & strategic partners for SUG expenses and reporting
- Set up SUG tables & do UAT testing on a quarterly and ad hoc basis for Advisory, Banca & FA channels.
- Conduct competitive analysis & propose customer's incentives as well as time deposit reconciliation.
- To assist for month end sales closing.
- To cover other team members during their absence & any other ad-hoc requests by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in sales reporting and analytics in the Bancassurance, IFA and Internal Sales channels in the Life insurance business.
- Have great attention to details and accuracy with numbers.
- Excellent excel software skills
- Resourceful, independent and a good team player
