Job Responsibilities:
- Pre-plan and prepare construction schedule, and coordinate activities.
- Follow up and report On-site and Off-site project management and progress.
- To prepare and submit progress reports as required by consultants and clients.
- Analyse project specifications, including civil/structural, architectural, and M&E drawings.
- Conduct thorough monitoring of construction work activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring adherence to standard rules and regulations.
- Perform other project related administrative duties assigned.
- Coordinate, prepare and arrange site inspection with RE & RTO.
- Arrange daily Toolbox Meeting with Site Supervisor and WSHC and briefing on site activities and daily task. Arrange Site daily activities with Site Supervisor.
- Attend monthly, weekly safety meeting and site works with Client.
- Prepare necessary submission for project. Example, RFI, MS, RA, SWP, shop drawings and supporting documents preparation.
- To prepare and keep records, summary related to project. Maintain Project documents control for ISO purpose.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering only.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience in infrastructural or marine construction industry.
- Relevant project experiences in dredging, reclamation or near shore construction will be preferred.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations.
- Working hour from 7am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday.
- May require to assist in variable projects.
- Own travel vehicle will be advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
