Our client, a Scotland headquartered company in the car leasing business, is looking for a highly driven and motivated Assistant Business Development Manager for their team in Japan. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality industry and working closely with management in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
・Develop strong and productive relationships with customers to meet their service expectations and create a high degree of customer satisfaction.
・Handle all reservations and answer customer enquiries via online booking platforms
・Be responsible for complaint handling.
・To liaise with internal departments including Hong Kong and Singapore BD teams and Dubai Call Centre, collect and consolidate client requirements and coordinate with the service vendors to meet customer expectations
・Establish e-sales channel and plan according to the development strategies for key client accounts
・Coordinate all organizational project matters and manage all daily project management issues
・Deliver training programs on product knowledge and the use of multiple online booking platforms to APAC end-users
・Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep up with technological changes in the product
Job Requirements:
・Min. 3 years’ experience in an operational sales or account management role, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
・Good project management skill and handle multi-tasks independently to meet tight deadlines
・Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
・Proficiency in English, fluency in Chinese and Japanese would be a plus to liaise with overseas counterparts
