We’re seeking experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant - Team Managers to drive business growth and lead a dynamic team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Align suitable candidates with client needs.
- Keep detailed records of placements and client interactions.
Candidate Management:
- Develop strategies for sourcing and screening candidates.
- Build a pool of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Manage candidates' expectations and guide them through the hiring process.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates, providing interview and CV advice.
Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead and develop a team of recruitment consultants to achieve targets.
- Set clear objectives and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Support the team in handling complex recruitment processes.
Systems and Operations:
- Ensure accurate records of client, candidate, and job data.
- Adhere to administrative processes, updating job postings and reports.
People and Team:
- Lead by example, driving personal and team accountability.
- Provide constructive feedback and encourage continuous improvement.
- Facilitate team and company-wide activities and meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with at least 1-2 years in a senior consultant role within an agency setting.
- Possesses a proven record of recruitment performance.
- Must have experience developing new business whether with new or existing clients, preferably for roles/industries within Engineering/Semiconductor, Life Science/Healthcare or Technology or Professional Services (Legal, HR, Accounting and Finance, etc), FMCG, F&B Manufacturing, Retail, Education, General Sales & Marketing functions
- Possesses strong industry network.
- Possess strong interest in leading a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
