Your new role
- 50% end-to-end recruitment for blue and white collared workers - Contract, Interns, Project Hires (at project site)
- 50% digitalisation, consolidation of data from HRIS, data migration, population of HR data into presentations for stakeholderes
- Provide strategic advice for HR automation system, system and process improvement
- Compensation and Benefit: Salary Reviews, internal and external HR surveys, Manpower Labour Survey, Employment Satisfication
- Employee Engagement: design and draft quarterly highlights and updates for the HR Newsletter to SG employees
What you'll need to succeed
- High competency in communication level to handle stakeholders
- Ability to use Workday, Microsoft is highly advantageous
- 3 years in-house experience is highly preferred
