Responsibilities
- Coordinate Christmas ordering activities and operations with all stakeholders to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise project timeline and ensure that deliverables are achieved by respective stakeholders
- Manage agendas/ appointments etc. for all related meetings with all team members
- Manage emails and correspondence.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Collaborate with internal functions on deliverables
- Assist colleagues in other adhoc tasks whenever necessary
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
