- Ensure that the worker carried out the works in accordance with quality requirement and assist them if necessary.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and in accordance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
- At least 3 years (s) of working experience in construction is required for the position.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
- Supervised subcontractors, vendors and staff to ensure safety protocols were strictly adhered to and all safety policies were being followed.
- To mange control and moniter of daily project works, instruction and progress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
- Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish
