Job Summary:
The COO is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the wealth management division. This role involves optimizing processes, enhancing client service, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency to support the firm’s growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the strategic vision for the wealth management division.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the firm’s goals.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.
- Implement best practices in wealth management operations, including portfolio management, client services, and risk management.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor operations teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Manage staffing, training, and development to enhance operational capabilities.
- Client Experience:
- Ensure exceptional client service through effective operational processes and support.
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement enhancements as needed.
- Compliance and Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the firm and its clients.

Qualifications:
