Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance activities for facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of machinery and equipment (such as genset, excavator etc) to support production and operational requirements.
- Coordinate tasks and resources across machinery & equipment maintenance team, and logistics & operations team to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Oversee and ensure the Operations and Logistics adhere to safety measures during operations.
- Address operational issues and challenges, implementing solutions to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- As team leader in performing daily task, inclusive of daily reporting.
Job requirements:
- Minimum diploma in maintenance or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experiences in excavator, heavy land machinery and equipment field.
- Possess knowledge on the procedures in maintenance of equipment & land machinery.
- Possess knowledge in logistics and operations will be advantages.
- Basic IT knowledge on software operating.
- Valid class 3 driving license (optional).
- People oriented, task oriented and possess positive work attitude.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
