A construction company looking for candidates:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and process monthly payroll;
· Responsible for work passes application/renewal/cancellation/appeals;
· Support training and other governmental grants as well as coordinate all training courses and programs for staff;
· Maintain safe management measures for office and arrange accommodation for foreign workers;
· To support in development and implementation of HR polices, plans, processes, programs, and projects;
· To drive employee’s engagement activities and not limited to company event and teambuilding activities;
· Document preparation of ISO audit and other business certification renewal;
· Assist in building maintenance and facilities management;
· Perform any other and ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
·Diploma in Human Resource Management, Administration, Finance/Accountancy.
·Self-motivated, independent, well-organized with attention to detail and able to work under tight schedule to meet deadlines
·A good team player with strong management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
·Preferably working experience in Human Resources or equivalent
