Job Overview:

Flashing is an innovative local delivery service company dedicated to providing efficient and convenient delivery experiences for our customers. We are looking for an experienced Rider Manager to join our team, responsible for managing and supporting our rider team, optimizing performance, and coordinating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rider Recruitment and Training: Oversee the recruitment process of riders and ensure new riders are onboarded and trained according to company standards.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and optimize rider performance based on the company’s star-rating evaluation system, ensuring compliance with platform standards.
  • Team Leadership and Support: Provide daily support to the rider team, addressing any issues they encounter on the job and fostering team cohesion and morale.
  • Rewards and Incentive Management: Manage and implement the company’s rider reward mechanisms, including star bonuses and the monthly reward pool system.
  • Complaint and Dispute Resolution: Handle and resolve rider-customer disputes or complaints in a timely manner, ensuring issues are efficiently managed and company reputation is maintained.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze rider performance data, generate reports, and propose improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure riders adhere to platform operational policies, including penalties for lateness, order cancellation rates, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of team management experience, preferably in the delivery industry or a related field.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams toward high-performance goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to maintain effective interactions with riders, customers, and internal departments.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to solve complex issues and make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in using Excel or other data analysis tools to make data-driven operational decisions.
  • Languages: Good command of both English and Chinese.
