This advertisement is for recruiting for the position of Receptionist cum Admin Assistant.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE primary school located in Seraya Road.
Contract Period: From 02 Jan 2025 (or after the issuance of LOA as confirmed letter) to 31 Dec 2025 (or adjusted according to the actual start date)
Option to Extend: for a further period of 1 year from 02 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
The services required are set out as follows:
Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
Customer Service
- To assist in customer service at the counter.
- To answer telephone calls and direct to the respective parties, if necessary.
- To assist in administering simple first aid for students.
Generic Email
- To assist in the clearing of the generic emails.
Data Entry using Microsoft Word or Excel
- To assist in data entry using Microsoft Word or Excel.
Any other clerical duties
- To assist in any other clerical duties assigned.
The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Female Singaporean.
- At least GCE “N” or “O” Level
- Able to commence work on 02 Jan 2025.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player with a high level of initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Please indicate proficiency in CV)
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in reception duty in schools between 2021 to 2024.
