Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide full secretarial & administrative support to the Director.
- Maintain and manage personal/private/official documents and correspondences
- Schedule and manage meeting and appointments
- Make travel arrangements including travel visas and hotel arrangements
- Manage emails and correspondences
- Prepare reports, briefing papers, presentations and other confidential documents
- Maintain good electronic/hardcopy filing systems
- Handle phone calls/enquiries and attend to visitors
- Coordinate with Director's driver on work schedule, leave, OT Form, car maintenance and others.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when necessary
Job Requirements
- At least GCE ‘A’ Level with credit in English
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Positive disposition and team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask, meticulous and work within timeline
