- Responsibilities:
• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
• To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years in engineering experience in Civil & Structural works - Experience in infrastructure projects is mandatory (LTA Project is highly preferred)
- Site experience in Underground roadway project; and
- Design management with consultantancy background on structural engineering is recommended
- Proficient knowledge of structural design, analysis software such as STADD and AutoCAD (or Microstation)
- Good knowledge of authorities’ requirement
