Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled IT Support to provide technical assistance to in house users and manage the IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting laptop devices, troubleshooting network issues, and managing IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide helpdesk and end-user support for laptops and in-house applications.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft Windows OS, applications, and network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Deploy and set up workstations (laptop) and other IT equipment.
- Manage IT hardware/software inventory and assist with procurement.
- Maintain backup hardware and software systems.
Requirements:
- N/O/A-Level/ITE/Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 0 -3 years of experience in IT support.
- Proficient in hardware/software troubleshooting (laptops and mobile devices).
- Knowledge of Office 365, Exchange Administration, and MS Windows OS.
- Experience with Windows servers, Active Directory, MS SQL, and network equipment (WAN, LAN, WiFi, VPN, firewall, routers, switches).
- Strong end-user support and management skills.
