Job Description


The responsibility/ job scope of the Contract for Difference product team (CFD) in the company as below:

  • Lead and drive growth Group CFD business, focusing on all segments of the markets
  • Be responsible for the profit and loss and meeting financial budgets that are expected from this business unit.
  • Managing staffs in various roles and multiple locations effectively to ensure business continuity.
  • Be responsible for putting in place strategic and tactical execution plans for growth via acquisition of new clients, offering new product variations and new partnerships or collaborations.
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing a team of qualified staffs for the business.
  • Work independently and managing all internal and external stakeholders to put in place a robust front, middle and back office capabilities for the business.
  • To be updated fully on all external and internal regulatory requirements affecting the business and safeguarding the firm’s interest at all times.
  • Identify market trends and keep abreast of legislative and regulatory changes to accurately drive opportunities and product development and maintain good business relationships with stakeholders.

Job Requirement

  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Written and verbal fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with chinese stakeholders
  • Proven commodity and equity trading experiences with reputable firms.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize works
  • Pleasant personality and have good communication skills
  • At least 10 years’ industry experience
