Join the vibrant team at Fitness First, one of the largest fitness brands in Southeast Asia, as a Marketing Executive. In this role, you will jointly contribute to functions of Partnerships, Events, Public Relations, communications, and social media, including KOL management. As a key member of the marketing department, you will report directly to a Senior Marketing Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing end-to-end acquisition strategies for partnerships, events, public relation, communications, and social media to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Assist in collaborating with external vendors and regional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
- Support in optimizing processes, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall team efficiency.
- Experience in digital acquisition strategies, campaign set up, and demonstrate an understanding of the digital landscape.
- Contribute to the development of events with a clear focus on return on investment.
Events
End-to-End Execution: Provide support in overseeing the planning and execution of events from conceptualization to post-event analysis.
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management
Identification: Assist in identifying, engaging and maintaining relationship with key opinion leaders and influencers in the fitness and wellness industry.
Social Media
Content Strategy: Assist in developing a comprehensive content strategy with our content creator that aligns with the brand's voice.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven track record in marketing, focusing on partnerships, public relation, comms, and social media management.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a collaborative team environment and contribute to a culture of high performance.
- Possess proficiency in marketing operations, project management, and the ability to optimize processes for efficiency.
- Applied experience in digital acquisition strategies, campaign set up, and a good understanding of the digital landscape.
- Familiarity with the fitness or wellness industry is a plus.
