Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for an Assistant Engineer / Engineer, Process:
Job Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of Quality, Environment, Water Efficiency, and Occupational Health & Safety policies, objectives, and related aspects such as environmental impacts and safety risk assessments.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality and Environment Management System across the department, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic solution analysis and replenishment tasks.
- Support the implementation of environmental management operations, including the control of chemicals, energy, water, and waste. Participate in projects to improve production capacity and reduce costs.
- Review and enhance safety protocols in production and inspection areas.
- Report on any quality, environmental, water efficiency, and safety issues to the relevant internal authority.
- Collaborate with customers on production-related issues and projects.
- Regularly establish and review work instructions, process parameter standards (PMP), and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in electroplating or the semiconductor industry.
- Working hours: 5-day work week (7:50 AM to 4:55 PM).
