· the strategic identification and qualification of SearchAsia’s consulting services to a multinational client base;
· Provide strategic consulting advice and thought leadership through competent business engagements with top level executives;
· Partner our clients in delivering corporate talent sourcing projects;
· assessing the needs of each particular assignment or client;
· managing the client-candidate meeting process through interview to offer stage and beyond;
· Execute green-fielding strategies to grow new markets, while expanding the existing reach within specific industries.

Requirements:
