Job Description
1. Reponsible for Formulating, publishing, and implementing the company's operating rules and regulations; Develop standarized and normalized workflows.
2. Manage and coordinate the work between various departments to ensure the overall functionality of the company's operating system, and report major issues to the General Manager for resolution
3. Lead the overall design plan of the company's operating system, responsible for the company's budget plan, and organize its implementation after approval.
4. Conduct comprenhensive ananalysis of the company's business objectives to provide a basis for managmenet decisions, regularly assess the company's operating risks, and take effective measures to prevent them.
5. Responsible for overall operations, HR managment, administration and other related tasks.
Job Requirement
1. Master's degree or above, major in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, etc; Having a composite educational background is preferred.
2. More than 7 years of managment experience, able to mine root causes based on historical data and propose business improvement suggestions.
3. Having managment experience in large multinational trading companies with an International perspective.
4. Having rich experience in budget management and having a coordinated planning mindst for company operations and funds
5. Proficient in using Excel and PPT
6. Billigual in Chines and English, good communication and proficient
knowledge in understanding the methdology of business in large Chinese multinational corporations.
