Duties and Responsibilities:

- Engage with local community and businesses to build partnerships.
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce wait times.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality.
- Conduct regular health and safety training sessions for staff.
- Handle emergency situations, including accidents and food safety issues.
- Monitor supply chain to avoid disruptions and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Implement and oversee the use of new technologies for improving operations.
- Train staff on the use of technology tools and systems.
- Ensure all necessary licenses and permits are up to date.
- Maintain accurate and organized records for audits and inspections.
