Responsibilities:
- Ensure day to day management of HR functions which include recruitment, payroll, staff training, employee benefits, CPF contributions, MOM rulings, Year end IR8A, IR21 submission and all HR related duties.
- Good understanding of MOM, CPF, IRAS and other Government agency policies related to HR.
- Familiar with MOM quarterly survey and OED submission.
- Develop a well-managed HR department with good HR practices.
- Maintain human resource records by designing an effective filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports.
- Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
- Knowledge of group insurance
- Familiar with HRIS System
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Read and write Mandariin
- Any other duties as and assigned.
