Qualifications & Experience
Possesses a degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management role; experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
Able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form, and possess good public speaking skills.
Has a deep understanding of data privacy standards, business principles, and practices.
Has superior attention to detail, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent organisational and planning skills with the capacity to be hands-on and work with operations to achieve business excellence.
Upholds strong integrity and honesty in daily operations.
Proficient in MS Office tools; specifically MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and accounting system Xero.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of day-to-day finance and accounts operations including AR, AP, P&L, balance sheet, and GST submissions.
Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations, including timely and accurate filings.
Basic HR duties including payroll, CPF, and income tax submissions.
Handle IRAS queries, Group Annual Return, and Group Consolidation Report.
Ensure timely preparation of financial statement reports and analysis for both internal and external stakeholders.
Support the Senior Management team on ad-hoc business expansion activities and fundraising exercises.
Work with auditors on annual audit reports and queries.
