Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL)
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Issuing invoices, statement of accounts and reminders
- Issuing payments to suppliers
- Prepare and submit of GST
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors
- Attend to owners on enquires regarding their statement
- Supervise and guide Accounts Assistants
- Receiving, courier or handling cash/cheques from clients
- Banking of cash/cheques
- Complete ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting related
- At least 1-2 years of Accounting work experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Meticulous, resourceful & motivated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
