Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Field Application Engineer (Taiwan Market):
Job Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth implementation and integration of our products.
- Collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and assist in product selection. Your technical input will be crucial in addressing their specific needs.
- Continuously study the latest industry trends and conduct in-depth competitor analysis to provide insights for product development. You will also contribute to shaping the long-term product development roadmap.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Excellent communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external clients, with the goal of delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 +AWS +VB (2 Months)
